Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, purchasing, and managing Paid Media / Biddable Media campaigns to generate qualified leads for real estate projects such as condominiums, houses, and new developments through digital platforms, including:
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
TikTok Ads
The role focuses on increasing lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI in alignment with the company’s real estate business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
•Develop and implement Paid Media strategies for real estate projects.
•Identify and define the target audience.
•Develop and manage the marketing funnel.
Campaign Setup & Execution
•Set up and launch campaigns across various digital platforms.
•Create and manage campaign structures.
• Implement Tracking
Campaign Optimization
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Optimize KPI
• A/B Test
Data & Reporting
• Analyze and evaluate campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support campaign planning and execution.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
