Responsibilities
- Verify daily sales revenue from the Hey+Voyage storefront against the daily sales summary and individual receipts, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and reconcile with the bank statement.
- Prepare and maintain a daily revenue tracking report by extracting data from the system and reconciling with bank transactions to produce a monthly revenue summary for management review.
- Photocopy supporting documents and record revenue transactions into the Express accounting system.
- Issue receipts and tax invoices upon customer request for full tax invoices.
- Separate and organize documents such as vouchers, city ledger, and lunch owner records in order to bill affiliated companies, and maintain an Excel tracking file.
- Reconcile monthly output VAT.
- Perform reconciliations in the Express system such as bank accounts, advance receipts, credit card receivables, intercompany receivables, G-Tab, cash, and other related accounts.
- Check and count the cash float at the storefront.
- Conduct stock counting according to the scheduled cycle.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Male or Female
- Age 25–35 years
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience in accounting is preferred.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Express.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
