Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and execute online and offline marketing activities to achieve departmental targets.
- Coordinate with agencies and partners to ensure marketing campaigns are completed successfully within defined timelines and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to develop and plan effective online marketing strategies.
- Create monthly content aligned with campaigns and the overall marketing plan.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and apply them appropriately to marketing activities.
- Propose new initiatives and projects to enhance the company’s marketing strategies.
- Present timely and relevant content ideas based on current trends.
- Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation, implementing improvements when necessary.
- Oversee marketing-related tax signage and compliance matters.
- Manage promotional materials such as coupons, rewards, and related campaigns.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and competitors in the real estate sector, identifying opportunities and potential risks to support annual marketing planning.
- Develop annual marketing plans, including action plans and promotional activities aligned with market conditions to attract target customers and support sales targets.
- Supervise and ensure the success of marketing campaigns, effectively managing budgets to meet objectives and maximize organizational benefits.
- Manage marketing and public relations activities for projects under the group.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Male/Female, age 25–35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of online and offline marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer behavior.
- Ability to generate and present new ideas and campaigns.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the real estate business is a plus.
