IT Support - HONOUR ASSET DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems within the organization
• Provide user support for both head office and project sites (e.g., sales offices and on-site locations)
• Install and configure operating systems, applications, and IT equipment such as computers, printers, and CCTV systems
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including internet and Wi-Fi, to ensure optimal performance and availability
• Perform initial troubleshooting and provide technical support for ICON, ERP, and CRM systems to ensure smooth business operations
• Prepare and set up IT equipment for new employees, and manage the return of IT assets for resigning employees
• Manage email systems, user accounts, and access control permissions
• Record, track, and follow up on IT support requests (IT tickets), and prepare summary reports
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Perform other duties as assigned

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in IT Support (experience in the real estate industry is an advantage)
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and email systems (e.g., Outlook / Microsoft 365)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and service-minded attitude
• Able to travel to support project sites (if required)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team
