Senior IT Support - HONOUR ASSET DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and WiFi systems.
• Oversee and control IT security systems such as firewalls, antivirus, and data backup.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues through advanced troubleshooting.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors and IT outsourcing partners.
• Control and manage IT assets (IT Asset Management).
• Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and security guidelines.
• Support business systems such as PMS, POS, and accounting software.
• Plan and implement IT system improvements to support organizational growth.
• Provide consultation to management on IT strategy and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Network.
• Strong knowledge in:
•                - Network (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VLAN)
•                -  Server / Cloud (Windows Server, NAS, Google Workspace)
•               -   Security (Firewall, Backup, Access Control)
• Experience in managing vendors or IT projects will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive with the ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or retail business.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft or other IT certifications.
• Knowledge of POS systems, ICON, or Odoo.
