Responsibilities
- Prepare and process purchasing documents, including Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs), and coordinate the receiving of goods and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless procurement operations.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of procurement documents prior to submitting for payment approval.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documents for purchasing and payment approvals.
- Monitor and follow up on procurement job statuses through the system (e.g., ICON) from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with the Accounting/Finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Follow up on pending tasks, such as outstanding invoices or delayed payments.
- Ensure all procurement processes are correctly completed before advancing to the next stage.
- Prepare and present procurement status reports to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing or a related role
- Understanding of purchasing documentation, including PR, PO, and Invoices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems or ICON system is a plus.
