Purchasing Officer - HONOUR ASSET DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchasing documents such as PR (Purchase Requisition), PO (Purchase Order), and coordinate goods/services receiving (Receive)
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before submitting for payment approval
• Prepare and submit documents for purchasing and payment approvals
• Monitor and follow up job status through the system (e.g., ICON) at each stage until completion
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Follow up on pending tasks such as outstanding invoices or delayed payments
• Ensure all processes are completed correctly before forwarding to the next step
• Prepare reports on procurement status and present to relevant stakeholders

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or related roles
• Knowledge of purchasing documents such as PR, PO, and Invoice
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems or ICON system will be an advantage
