Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software systems, websites, applications, and internal tools in alignment with company requirements.
- Gather user requirements, analyze technical challenges, and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct system and program testing, troubleshoot identified issues, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Debug, resolve, and optimize system performance to ensure stable and continuous operation.
- Design, improve, and maintain databases supporting various business systems.
- Prepare comprehensive system documentation, user manuals, flowcharts, and technical specifications.
- Provide user support, technical troubleshooting, consultation, and training as needed.
- Propose system enhancements and automation solutions to improve process efficiency.
- Adhere to IT Security policies, including access control, data backup, and company data protection protocols.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external service providers regarding system operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in programming, software development, or system support
- Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Python, C#, Java, VB.NET, or other related programming languages
- Experience with SQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other related databases
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API integration, and web application development
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with users and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills are a plus.
