Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives while effectively managing the marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including external agencies and partners, to ensure successful campaign execution and achievement of targets.
- Define and oversee brand communication strategies to maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all channels.
- Plan and organize promotional campaigns, project launches, events, and public relations activities to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to develop effective marketing plans and strengthen market competitiveness.
- Manage and optimize both online and offline marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report marketing performance, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales and other related departments to support overall business goals and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing or marketing management roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media management, and online advertising platforms.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle businesses will be an advantage.
