Responsibilities
- Design architectural works for housing projects, condominiums, and other real estate projects of the company.
- Prepare construction drawings and documents for permit applications (Forms A.1 – A.5).
- Coordinate with engineering, interior design, and project management teams.
- Revise drawings according to project owner requirements, government regulations, or technical requirements.
- Review on-site drawings and attend design meetings with external consultants (if any).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in house and condominium design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop (knowledge of Revit or ArchiCAD will be an advantage).
- Have a portfolio demonstrating strong design concepts and construction drawing skills.
- Possess a professional architect license (if any, will be given special consideration).
- Highly responsible, punctual, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Willing to learn and able to work effectively with management teams and related departments/agencies.
