Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการการดำเนินงานประจำวันของแผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม รวมถึงบาร์
- วางแผนและควบคุมงบประมาณของแผนกให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงเมนูอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้มีความหลากหลายและน่าสนใจ
- ดูแลการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง การสั่งซื้อ และการควบคุมต้นทุนวัตถุดิบ
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้การบริการลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาทีมงานให้มีทักษะการบริการที่ดีและเป็นมืออาชีพ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการโรงแรม การจัดการอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง F&B Manager หรือผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ F&B อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- ความเข้าใจในมาตรฐานสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัยด้านอาหาร
- ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำและการบริหารจัดการทีมงานที่ดี
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน และสามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจโรงแรมหรือรีสอร์ทในชลบุรี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
