Responsibilities
• วิเคราะห์ความต้องการ และออกแบบระบบ
• พัฒนา Workflow (Approval Process) บน n8n
• เชื่อมต่อ API / Webhook กับระบบอื่น
• ออกแบบ logic เช่น condition, routing, multi-level approval
• ทดสอบระบบ (SIT / UAT support) และจัดการ defect
• จัดทำเอกสารระบบ (System Design, Workflow, API) และเอกสารส่งมอบงาน
• จัดอบรม (Training) และ support ผู้ใช้งานหลัง Go-live
Qualifications
• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ 5+ ปี (System Analyst / Backend / Integration)
• มีประสบการณ์ workflow system หรือ automation (n8n, Power Automate, etc.)
• เข้าใจ REST API, Webhook, Database design
• สามารถออกแบบ approval process แบบ condition-based ได้
• มี logical thinking สูง และสื่อสารกับ Business Users ได้ดี
