Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Manage cost control initiatives, conduct negotiations, and analyze industry trends.
- Benchmark and analyze products and services for procurement.
- Issue and approve Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs), and process invoices.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external finance teams.
- Maintain and update comprehensive supplier information, including qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or administration.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
