Responsibilities
- Register and collect client information within the system.
- Summarize sales data bookings.
- Process client payment term requests and bank guarantee documentation.
- Cleanse client data, ensure accuracy, and prepare summary logs.
- Coordinate and support the sales team, including quotation (QT) preparation, dispatch, and follow-up.
- Build and continuously update quotation documentation, from inquiry to sales order and purchase requisition/order placement.
- Update the sales pipeline to facilitate meeting preparations.
- Track after-sales issues and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with Sales, Account Executive (AE), and Project Manager (PM) teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, and finance teams to resolve payment issues.
- Support the finance team with required documentation and tasks.
- Support the project management team with required system and document-related tasks.
- Coordinate efforts to enhance data transparency and operational efficiency within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks systematically.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong organizational skills are a plus.
