Responsibilities
1. Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on cost, capability, quality, and delivery performance
2. Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure competitive procurement
3. Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations
4. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
5. Update purchase states in the lark system
6. Other jobs assigned by the HOD
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Supply Chain preferred)
EXPERIENCE :
1. 3–7 years experience in procurement, technical sourcing, or project supply chain
2. Experience in manufacturing / construction / engineering projects preferred
3. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics)
KNOWLEDGE/SKILL:
English spoken
Strong technical understanding of engineering materials and equipment
Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills
Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Office, procurement tools, and ERP platforms
