Responsibilities
- ดำเนินการทดสอบระบบ (Commissioning) การตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหา (Troubleshooting) รวมถึงซ่อมแซมหอหล่อเย็น (Cooling Tower) และระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบสภาพอุปกรณ์ตามรอบและบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) เพื่อให้ระบบทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยืดอายุการใช้งานของอุปกรณ์
- วิเคราะห์และวินิจฉัยปัญหาด้านเครื่องกล ระบบไฟฟ้า และระบบบำบัดน้ำที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของหอหล่อเย็น
- ซ่อมแซมหรือเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนต่าง ๆ เช่น มอเตอร์ พัดลม ชุดเกียร์ (Gearbox) แผงฟิลล์ (Fill Media) แผงดักละอองน้ำ (Drift Eliminator) วาล์ว และปั๊มน้ำ
- จัดทำรายงานการให้บริการ เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง และบันทึกประวัติการซ่อมบำรุงของอุปกรณ์ให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
- ให้คำแนะนำและการสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้า รวมถึงเสนอแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
- ประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการโครงการ ผู้รับเหมา และทีมงานของลูกค้าในระหว่างการติดตั้ง การทดสอบระบบ และการบำรุงรักษา
- ฝึกอบรมผู้ปฏิบัติงานและลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานหอหล่อเย็นอย่างถูกต้อง รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
- ตอบสนองต่อเหตุขัดข้องฉุกเฉินและคำขอรับบริการจากลูกค้าได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- Perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of cooling towers and related systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation and extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and water treatment issues affecting cooling tower performance.
- Replace or repair components such as motors, fans, gearboxes, fill media, drift eliminators, valves, and pumps.
- Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and equipment logs.
- Provide technical support and recommendations to customers for system improvements and upgrades.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and facility teams during installations and maintenance.
- Train operators and customers on proper cooling tower operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and service requests promptly.
Qualifications
- มีความชำนาญในการใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์และตรวจสอบปัญหา (Diagnostic Tools) เครื่องมือช่างไฟฟ้า (Power Tools) และเครื่องมือวัดต่าง ๆ
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ แก้ไขปัญหา (Troubleshooting) และการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการให้บริการลูกค้าเป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถอ่านแบบวิศวกรรม แบบวงจรไฟฟ้า (Wiring Diagram) และคู่มือการซ่อมบำรุง (Service Manual) ได้
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ (On-site) ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมและอาคารพาณิชย์ได้
- มีประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานโดยตรง (Hands-on Experience) 1–3 ปี ด้านหอหล่อเย็น (Cooling Tower) ระบบปรับอากาศ (HVAC) หรือระบบน้ำในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานและขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัย การปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่อับอากาศ (Confined Space) และการทำงานบนที่สูง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at industrial facilities and commercial buildings.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with cooling towers, HVAC systems, or industrial water systems will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, confined space entry, and working at heights will be an advantage.
