Responsibilities
1. Import & Export clearance process and recheck document.
2. Deliver strategic plan with the assigned key customers.
3. Improve Client satisfaction and maintain good relationship with key client.
4. Capture customer’s requirements and lead the operation excellence to achieve service level.
5. Cascade the client’s requirements in timely, accurate and constructive manner to CIMC WETRANS’s
operation & related teams.
6. Manage & ensure under Customs regulations, and others required for inbound-outbound shipments
delivered on time with cost management.
7. Excellent in dealing Freight Forwarding operations and Customs Clearance procedures.
8. Liaise with customers Set the receiving date / product loading date and book space and ship lines.
9. Track import and export documents with customers to SUBMIT / ENTER / BOOKING. To the ship line.
10. Prepare documents and issue worksheets to the shipping department.
11. To prepare the incoming/ outgoing bill And send to customers for inspection.
12. Notify update ships in/out, prepare PAYMENT, reimburse expenses Go to pay the ship line for D.O./BL.
13. Contact to reserve a tractor / truck in order to deliver products to customers on time.
14. Track invoices Billing documents from the Supplier and the closing kit from shipping.
15. Send outgoing documents by E-mail to foreign agents.
16. Issue invoices to customers and foreign agents to meet the billing deadline.
17. Take care of solving problems immediately, giving advice and providing information to customers.
18. Perform any orders by the superiors effectively or in a timely manner.
Qualifications
1. Degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration and related fields.
2. 1-3 years’ experience in Import – Export, Logistics or trading business.
3. Experience working in Freight Forwarder Company is plus.
4. Good English communication Well organized and able to work under pressure and time constraints.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
