Responsibilities
1. Proactively support the delivery of HR processes at DC cluster
2. Be business partner with key management team to provide advice and solutions regarding people issue, performance, organizational and leadership matters
3. Works with Leaders team or Line Managers to support them advice to plan, prepare required budget, and manage the cluster HR operational include manpower planning, staffing levels, and HR activities.
4. Build strong relationship between with employees at all levels and with the welfare committee, demonstrating awareness of their different needs and backgrounds in order to promote sustainable employee relations and maintain satisfactory work environment

Qualifications
1.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology, Logistics or related field.
2.Minimum 5 years of work experience in Human Resources Management, focusing on Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
3.Working experience in Logistics business or manufacturing business is preferred
4.Good command of both spoken & written English
