Responsibilities

Job Purpose:
Lead the design and development of warehouse and logistics solutions through comprehensive data analysis, resource planning, cost modeling, and proposal preparation to support business growth and operational excellence._
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis
• Review RFP/RFQ documents to extract and summarize customer requirements.
• Validate, clean, and analyze operational and inventory data (inbound/outbound, order profile, inventory trends, ABC analysis).
• Prepare management reports summarizing key operational profiles and insights.
2. Solution Design
• Develop solution assumptions, workflow, and scope of work based on customer requirements and operational practices.
• Calculate resource requirements (space, manpower, MHE, IT systems, warehouse equipment).
• Design warehouse layouts using AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, or equivalent tools.
3. Costing & Pricing
• Build cost models aligned with solution design and company cost structures.
• Develop pricing templates to standardize quotation and proposal processes.
4. Proposal & Presentation
• Prepare professional proposals and presentation materials in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Present solution concepts to customers and internal management in both Thai and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics solution design, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in data analysis tools and layout design software (AutoCAD/SketchUp).
• Good communication and presentation skills in Thai and English.
• Experience in cost modeling and commercial proposal development.
