Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager – Transportation oversees end‑to‑end transport operations to ensure reliable service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The role leads transport teams, manages subcontractor fleets, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and drives continuous improvement in efficiency and performance. This position optimizes truck utilization, monitors operational KPIs, analyzes transport data for service and cost improvements, and holds full responsibility for P&L and daily budget control.
- Ensure all employee align with all safety policies.
- Provide transportation services to fulfill customer needs, and maintain and enhance business relationships with customers.
- Ensure effective management of resources and operational performance.
- Oversee compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental standards, quality, and budget control.
- Balance team workload and drive transparent productivity improvements internally.
- Pull and analyze actual transport data for each account.
- Identify opportunities to further improve service quality and cost efficiency.
- Take full responsibility for P&L management and daily budget monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and service levels.
Qualifications
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor / Master degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management. Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related filed.
- At least 10 years working experience in Transportation, Shipping, and/or Logistics & Supply Chain Management role. Also have a managerial role's experiences at least 7 years.
- Preferably candidate with experience in Logistics Operational, and/or Transportation.
- Excellent in analytical, problem solving and organizing skills.
- Possess leadership character and can communicate well at all level.
- Fluent in English communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure/ tight deadline as a team, self-motivated and be able to work independently.
- Can be travelled to both Bang Na K.M. 19, and Map Ta Phut (client's site).
