Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Coordination with procurement team
    1. Provide technical specification, layout, equipment list, details of equipment, and provide RFQ together with procurement team
    2. Assist procurement team on tendering process including technical evaluation of contractors, and assist on pricing negotiation
  • Coordination with concern department and contractor to achievement of company target
    1. Develop and implement facility management strategies to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    2. Lead and manage construction, renovation, relocation, and expansion projects from planning to completion. including layout design using Autocad
    3. Oversee maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance schedules, repair works, and service contracts.
    4. Manage budgets for facility operations and capital projects, ensuring financial control and cost optimization.
    5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations.
    6. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors, contractors, and consultants.
    7. Develop and maintain a long-term facility maintenance and improvement plan.
    8. Monitor facility conditions and recommend necessary upgrades or replacements.
    9. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding project updates, facility status, and future needs.
    10. Lead and mentor facility management and project teams to achieve high performance and professional growth.
    11. Leverage extensive experience and sophisticated techniques to deliver high-quality solution designs that effectively address the diverse and evolving needs of usercost optimization.
  • Analyze and recommend strategic energy investment solutions to senior leadership, with the objective of driving substantial cost savings and supporting the organization's long-term sustainability goals.
  • Leader in internal energy management and Support Sustainability within the organization
    1. Research and study technologies, develop projects aimed at energy reduction, and seek opportunities for improvement and development within the organization.
    2. Energy efficient management in accordance with the requirements of the ministerial regulations.
  • Advise on and monitor energy efficiency.
  • Support sustainability policies.
  • Encourage and support assigned by superior

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facility management and project management, in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Skill · Must have good interpersonal skills
    · Is self motivated and willing to serve.
     · Ability to execute projects systematically.
     · Good craftsmanship
  • Proficient in computer applications using Word, Excel, Outlook, Auto cad, google sketch up etc. ·
  • Good organizational and communication skills Strong knowledge of building systems, construction management, and facility operations
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
