Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITY

-To execute administration inbound & outbound activity within the warehouse

-Maintain good relationships and work pro-actively with internal party and having good Coordination with the floor operation & CHB team & designated trucker & reporting team to the loading process and make stuffing priority list referring to the closing time port

-Maintain good relationships and work pro-actively with external party by Follow up and coordination with trucking and/or the carrier /for empty container readiness, carrier, compliance container, proper empty container to be shipped properly.

-Adherence to warehouse administration and customer service processes, guidelines, and standards for Warehousing and Distribution Operations.

-Execute improvements of warehouse administration flow and customer service quality and efficiencies.

-Achieve the targeted KPI’S, measurement, and client specific requirements-reporting as well as proactive action to prevent errors from occurring.

-Ensure that all MCL-Flow counterparts understand our requirements and comply to them

-Support the implementation of all MCL-Flow

-Work closely and proactively with SCM and ensure the IOP & warehouse workflow are constantly updated.

-Support assigned back up functionalities within the team.

-Problem solving within the warehouse administration activity scope, always ensuring proactive communication of the planned solution to all involved parties.

-To ensure suppliers are informed of services required to ensure Maersk deliver the required service to the customer.

-To create, maintain and improve administration processes including but not limited to filing, reporting etc.

-Monitor service provider performance and share findings with Warehousing and Distribution and related stake holders.

-Support team efforts in planning office space requirements and office moves as driven by business needs

-Ensure all Health & Safety and Environmental procedures are respected in the work area

-Support/lead ad hoc projects as required


Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Can use Ms. Office (Excel) vlookup and xlookup
• English Communication skill
• Teamwork
• Willingness to work in shift system.
• Problem solving
