Responsibilities
- Research and analyze land and market data to evaluate development potential, focusing on creating Financial Models to assess investment viability.
- Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies, including financial analysis, competitor research, and market gap analysis to define product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Propose product concepts and development strategies that align with market trends, customer insights, and company business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate data into financial metrics and present project proposals to management, with the goal of developing successful projects that create new value in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Architecture, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Real Estate Development, or Project Feasibility.
- Good understanding of real estate finance, with the ability to create or edit financial models and spreadsheets.
- Interest in real estate trends and the ability to turn customer insights into business opportunities.
