Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify, pursue and close new business opportunities
  • Managing and motivating a team of sales professionals to exceed targets and maximise revenue growth
  • Analysing market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations to win new business
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Participating in the development of the company's overall sales and marketing plans

Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in new business development, preferably within the real estate or construction industry
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering strong revenue growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed
  • Fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal
