Responsibilities
1. Architectural Design & Development
ออกแบบและพัฒนาแนวคิดโครงการ (Concept Design / Schematic Design)
จัดทำแบบสถาปัตยกรรม (Architectural Drawings) ให้ครบถ้วนตามมาตรฐาน
พัฒนาแบบให้สอดคล้องกับ Product Positioning ของโครงการ (Condo / Housing / Mixed-use)
ประสานงานการออกแบบร่วมกับ Interior, Landscape และวิศวกรรม
2. Design Control & Quality Assurance
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของแบบก่อสร้าง (Construction Drawings)
ควบคุมคุณภาพงานออกแบบให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบริษัท
Review และ Approve แบบจากที่ปรึกษาภายนอก (Consultant / Designer)
ควบคุม Design Timeline ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนพัฒนาโครงการ
3. Project Coordination
ประสานงานกับฝ่ายพัฒนาโครงการ ก่อสร้าง และการตลาด
สนับสนุนข้อมูลด้านแบบและฟังก์ชันเพื่อใช้ในการขาย
แก้ไขปัญหาหน้างานด้านสถาปัตยกรรม (Site Support)
เข้าร่วมประชุม Project Meeting และติดตามความคืบหน้า
4. Cost & Value Engineering
วิเคราะห์และปรับแบบให้เหมาะสมกับงบประมาณ (Cost Optimization)
ทำ Value Engineering เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพโครงการ
ร่วมพิจารณาวัสดุและสเปคให้เหมาะสมทั้งด้านคุณภาพและต้นทุน
5. Regulatory & Compliance
ตรวจสอบแบบให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสานงานขออนุญาตก่อสร้าง (Permit)
ดูแลให้โครงการเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานออกแบบและพัฒนาโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์อย่างน้อย 7–10 ปีมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพสถาปัตยกรรม (ใบ ก.ส.)
- มีประสบการณ์ในโครงการคอนโด / บ้านจัดสรร / Mixed-use
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบ เช่น AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe
- มีความเข้าใจด้านกฎหมายอาคารและการขออนุญาต
