Responsibilities
1.ควบคุม ดูแล และตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา (ระดับสายตรวจและเจ้าหน้าที่ต้อนรับชุมชนประจำหน่วยงาน) ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
2.เข้าตรวจสอบเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ เพื่อแก้ปัญหา/ข้อร้องเรียนที่เกิดขึ้น วิเคราะห์สาเหตุ,ปรับปรุงกระบวนการ เพื่อรักษาความพึงพอใจให้อยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้
3.เข้าตรวจเยี่ยมผู้ว่าจ้างและทีมงานในสายงานที่ตนดูแล และงานเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อบริหารต้นทุนให้อยู่ภายใต้งบ
4.ติดตามแผนดำเนินงานตามสัญญาต่างๆ ให้ปฏิบัติครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์
Qualifications
- อายุ 30-45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ปี ทางด้านงานบริการความสะอาดหรืองานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการบริหาร/วางแผน เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ได้ดี
