Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการแผนการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาพนักงานในสายงานบริการทำความสะอาด
- ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหางานบริการทำความสะอาด
- เตรียมความพร้อมพนักงานสำหรับการเปิดโครงการใหม่
- ค้นหาและนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาบุคลากรในรูปแบบใหม่ที่สอดคล้องกับลักษณะงาน
Qualifications
