Responsibilities
- จัดการตารางนัดหมายและประชุมของผู้บริหาร
- เตรียมเอกสารและข้อมูลสำหรับการประชุม
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
- ดูแลกิจกรรมและกิจกรรมพิเศษที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้บริหาร
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามความเหมาะสม
Qualifications
- หญิง อายุระหว่าง 25 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- หากมีทักษะทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษ ผ่านการทดสอบวัดระดับ (TOEIC/IELTS) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความสามารถในการจัดการเวลาและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานและซอฟต์แวร์สำนักงานได้
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในองค์กรและอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมและมีความยืดหยุ่น
