Responsibilities
- ต้อนรับและพาลูกค้าเข้าชมโครงการ
- รับผิดชอบเป้าหมายการขายตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ศึกษาผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทคู่แข่ง เพื่อให้คำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้า
- ติดตามลูกค้าและปิดการขาย
- สรุปรายงานประจำวัน/สัปดาห์
- ดำเนินการเรื่องสินเชื่อและโอนกรรมสิทธิ์
- ตรวจรับมอบบ้าน
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานขาย
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นๆ
Qualifications
- หญิง อายุ 25-40 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขาวิชา
- ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป ทางด้านงานขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทางด้านงานขายโครงการแนบราบมากกว่า 20 ล้าน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
