Responsibilities
- บริหารงานออกแบบและประสานกับทีมออกแบบโครงการบ้านพักอาศัย
- กำหนดมาตรฐาน product และส่วนประกอบร่วมของโครงการบ้านพักอาศัย ภายใต้งบประมาณ
- ควบคุมความถูกต้องของแบบและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในสำนักงานตลอดจนหน่วยงานก่อสร้าง
- ทำข้อมูลตลาด ที่ดิน คู่แข่งเพื่อให้ในการวางแผน บริหารโครงการและการซื้อที่ดิน
- จัดทำวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาโครงการทั้งข้อมูลตลาด
- ข้อมูลคู่แข่ง วิเคราะห์การเงิน
- วางแผน จัดทำ จัดเก็บและวิเคราห์ข้อมูลลูกค้าที่ดิน และข้อมูลต่างๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาโครงการ
Qualifications
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
- ทำงานด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- สามารถทำงานออกแบบและเคลียร์แบบก่อสร้างได้
- ทำงานในส่วน BD
