Responsibilities
สนับสนุน ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานด้านออกแบบและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
- สำรวจผลิตภัณฑ์คู่แข่งในพื้นที่ เพื่อจัดทำ Product Development Concept & Design Concept นำข้อมูลมาใช้ในการพัฒนาโครงการใหม่
- จัดทำ ออกแบบ และนำเสนอผังโครงการ, product แบบบ้าน, จัดทำ Feasibility
- ประสานงาน ตรวจสอบ comment ขออนุมัติงานแบบสถาปัตยกรรม, ตกแต่งภายใน และภูมิสถาปัตยกรรมจากผู้ออกแบบ
- บริหารงบประมาณการออกแบบ และการก่อสร้าง ตรวจสอบ BOQ เพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง และให้อยู่ในงบประมาณ
- จัดทำแบบจัดสรร และขออนุญาตก่อสร้างต่างๆ
Qualifications
- อายุ 35-45 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี-โท สาขาสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 10 ปีขึ้นไป ทางด้านงานอสังหาริมทรัพย์
