Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการโครงการก่อสร้างคอนโดมิเนียมและบ้านพักอาศัยให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
- ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลงานโครงสร้าง งานสถาปัตยกรรม และงานระบบ (ไฟฟ้า, สุขาภิบาล) ให้ได้มาตรฐาน
- ตรวจสอบและประเมินผลการดำเนินงานในทุกด้าน เพื่อให้มั่นใจในประสิทธิภาพ คุณภาพตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรมและสถาปัตยกรรม การส่งมอบงานตามกำหนดเวลา และความปลอดภัยสูงสุด
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 15 ปีขึ้นไปในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการงบประมาณค่าก่อสร้างและกระแสเงินสด (Cash Flow) ของโครงการ
- ความสามารถในการจัดทำงบประมาณรายรับ – รายจ่ายของโครงการ
- ความเข้าใจในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์
