Responsibilities
1. รับผิดชอบการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน ไตรมาส และประจำปี ให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานรายงานทางการเงิน (TFRS)
2. ควบคุมสินทรัพย์ถาวร: จัดทำทะเบียนสินทรัพย์ถาวร (Fixed Asset Register) คำนวณค่าเสื่อมราคา และตรวจนับสินทรัพย์ประจำปี
3. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการรับ-จ่ายเงิน บันทึกบัญชี
4. จัดการงานภาษี: จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีอากร (ภงด.51, 50) พร้อมนำส่งกรมสรรพากรให้ถูกต้องแม่นยำ
5. ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชี (Auditor) สรรพากร และหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อสนับสนุนข้อมูล
Qualifications
- อายุ 28 ปีขึ้นไป
- ระดับผู้จัดการแผนก ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป/ระดับเจ้าหน้าที่ ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป ทางด้านบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำบัญชี หรือ ปิดบัญชี/จัดทำงบการเงินของบมจ. หรือ บริษัทในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (Listed company)
- มีประสบการณ์ปิดบัญชี และจัดทำงบการเงินประจำเดือน/ไตรมาส/ปี (Monthly/Quarterly/Year-end Financial statement closing)
- มีประสบการณ์คำนวณภาษี และยื่นแบบภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคล (Corporate Income Tax/ Half-year & Year-end Tax filing)
- ผ่านการสอบหรืออบรมได้รับใบอนุญาต CPD
- หากเคยมีประสบการณ์การธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
