Collector - Rabbit Cash Co., Ltd.

We are looking for a Collection Officer to join our Personal Loan team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts (1–90 Days Past Due), negotiating repayment arrangements, and achieving collection targets while providing professional customer service.

ลักษณะงาน

เปิดรับสมัครเจ้าหน้าที่เร่งรัดหนี้สินทางโทรศัพท์ เพื่อรับผิดชอบการติดตามลูกค้าที่มียอดค้างชำระ 1–90 วัน พร้อมเจรจาติดตามการชำระหนี้ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท

-  Contact customers by phone to follow up on overdue personal loan accounts (1–90 Days Past Due).

-  Remind customers of outstanding balances, due dates, and available payment channels.

-  Negotiate repayment arrangements in accordance with company policies.

-  Record collection activities and customer information accurately in the system.

-  Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

-  Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

- โทรติดตามและเร่งรัดการชำระหนี้ของลูกค้าที่ค้างชำระ 1–90 วัน

- แจ้งยอดค้างชำระ กำหนดชำระ และช่องทางการชำระเงินแก่ลูกค้า

- เจรจาและติดตามการชำระหนี้ตามนโยบายของบริษัท

- บันทึกผลการติดต่อและข้อมูลการติดตามลงในระบบอย่างถูกต้อง

- ปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ระเบียบ และนโยบายของบริษัท

- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- Age between 20–35 years.

- Vocational Certificate or higher education.

- Previous experience in debt collection or collection call center is an advantage.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Able to work under pressure and achieve collection targets.

- Basic computer skills.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (during the beginning and end of each month)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- อายุ 20–35 ปี

- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ขึ้นไป

- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านเร่งรัดหนี้สิน (Collection) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรอง

- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นได้

วันจันทร์–วันศุกร์ เวลา 09.00–18.00 น.

วันเสาร์ เวลา 09.00–16.00 น. (เสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
