Responsibilities
- Oversee overall operations and create work schedules for the team
- Calculate food costs and related operating costs to set appropriate prices.
- Maintain service standards and motivate team members.
- Follow up on all departments and improve operations, and find opportunities to develop service standards.
- Set up a catering menu systematically and in line with customer needs.
- Responsible for catering both inside and outside the venue to meet standards.
- Meet with executives to share information or receive advice from senior executives to implement.
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบริหารโรงแรม หรือร้านอาหารอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและมีความเป็นผู้นำที่ดี
