Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan based on a risk-based approach.
- Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
- Set up all need procedures and schedules in order to ensure a good internal control system are in place with all policies, procedures, or regulations.
- Set up internal audit program and provide report of risk assessment.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and the audit committee.
- Conduct on site audits to ensure a good internal control system of subsidiary companies.
- To develop risk-based annual audit plan detailing the scope, nature and timing of audit.
- To do preliminary survey and assess what type of risks are contained, assess risk level
- According to risk assessment to evaluate the sufficient of internal control of function audited
- Supervise and mentor the internal audit team to ensure high-quality audit execution.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities as needed for IPO or audit-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, Economics
- 30-47 years old.
- At least 5 years of experience in internal audit.
- Strong interpersonal, service-mind and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of risk management.
- Multi-tasking, service-minded and able to work well under pressure
- Ability of priority management and deadline meeting
