Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify opportunities for AI adoption within the organization (AI Use Case Discovery).
- Design, develop, and test AI solutions that effectively address business needs.
- Support Digital Transformation initiatives (e.g., Moointer NEXT).
- Develop internal AI tools such as AI Assistants, Chatbots, and AI Dashboards.
- Gather requirements from various business units and translate them into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and experiment with AI tools and platforms, such as ChatGPT, Copilot, AutoML, and other LLM-based tools.
- Develop prototypes including AI-powered sales analytics, automated report summarization, AI content generation, and AI-driven HR automation.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as Google Sheets, Airtable, ERP, and POS systems.
- Build workflow automation using Zapier, Make, APIs, and scripting.
- Conduct AI training sessions and promote AI literacy across the organization.
- Establish and maintain AI governance guidelines, covering security and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including Large Language Models (LLMs), automation, and data analytics
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI, GitHub Copilot, Zapier
- Understanding of APIs and automation principles
- Possess a growth mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and think systematically (system thinking)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with non-technical teams
