Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop the company’s strategic plans.
- Oversee accounting, finance, and procurement functions.
- Provide financial advisory across all departments, including asset management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Analyze projects and conduct feasibility studies, including investment budgeting.
- Forecast financial performance and prepare budgets aligned with the company’s direction.
- Make decisions on all financial and accounting matters, including reviewing and approving financial reports.
- Develop risk management plans and ensure efficient accounting systems to prevent or mitigate potential risks.
- Manage funding sources and develop investment strategies to maximize company profitability.
- Monitor the efficiency of capital allocation and ensure investments generate added value for the company.
Qualifications
- Open to all genders, age 35 years and above.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Visionary, creative, and highly responsible.
- Strong personality with leadership skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- High integrity and strong ethical standards.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong IT and information systems skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
