Responsibilities
- Develop and improve programs to support automation systems and robotics in work processes.
- Work closely with the Operations team to design systems that align with actual user requirements.
- Analyze problems and develop systems to reduce work processes and improve productivity.
- Maintain and develop internal software systems.
- Support the organization’s transition toward Smart Operation and Automation.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to develop systems and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Male or female, aged 35–45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in programming and software system development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate with the Operations team.
- Good understanding of automation systems, robotics, or factory control systems.
- Ability to analyze, design, and improve work systems for better efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and support the organization’s transition toward automation.
