หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- สรรหาบุคลากรในเชิงรุก เพื่อสรรหาบุคลากรได้อย่างตรงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย และทันต่อความต้องการของบริษัทฯ
- สัมภาษณ์ คัดเลือกและว่าจ้าง ตลอดจนติดตามประเมินผลการทดลองงาน
- บันทึกข้อมูล เวลาทำงาน ทะเบียนประวัติ และอัพเดตสถานะพนักงานให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
- ปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่
- สำรวจแผนและรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อทำแผนอบรมประจำปี
- จัดหาคอร์สฝึกอบรม และประสานงานการจัดอบรมภายใน-ภายนอก
- เช็คสถิติขาด ลา มาสาย
- ยื่นประกันสังคม ส่งเงินสมทบ แจ้งเข้า-แจ้งออก
- ดูแลสวัสดิการของพนักงาน

Qualifications

1.อายุ 25-35 ปี
2.วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขา คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ,การจัดการ,บริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในด้านงานทรัพยากรบุคคล
4.มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน
5.มีความขยัน / อดทน มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก
6.สามารถใช้คอมพิเตอร์ได้ มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
7.สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษขึ้นพื้นฐานได้
