Responsibilities
Our client are industrial factories, located Northern Region Industrial (Lamphun).
1.Planning and implementing training and development projects to enhance employees' efficiency and promote their growth within the organization.
2.Developing and executing programs related to personnel development and enhancement, such as competency programs, coaching initiatives, or career development projects.
3.Assessing and analyzing the organization's training needs to ensure that training activities align with organizational goals and benefit the organization.
4.Supporting and fostering a learning organization by utilizing suitable tools and technologies to promote knowledge sharing and experiences within the organization.
5.Supporting organizational development by providing guidance and fostering a culture that aligns with the company's objectives and goals.
6.Managing HR policies and recommendations related to personnel development, and providing guidance to management and employees regarding development and learning.
Qualifications
-Male or Female, 35-45 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in overall HRD.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Flexible, tenacious, and able to work under pressure.
-Able to work multi-tasking in a fast-pace environment.
