Responsibilities
Main Jobs, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and communicating between clients and the company.
- Monitoring the accuracy of the valuation report.
- Controlling, motivating and maintaining the performance of valuation team member to achieve target in time.
- Providing advisory and consultation to valuation team member with regarding to the concept of valuation.
- Surveying and appraising property values.
- Randomly check the accuracy of the valuation report's information received from valuers.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and their associates.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all team members and other departments.
- Protect the best interest of the Company at all times.
- Implementing best practice for the valuation department and ensuring that good governance is practiced in all your areas of responsibility.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบหลัก:
- เจรจา ประสานงาน กับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับบริการงานประเมินราคา
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายงานประเมินราคา
- ควบคุม จูงใจ และรักษามาตรฐานการดำเนินงานที่ดีของสมาชิกในทีมประเมินให้บรรลุเป้าหมายทันเวลา
- ให้คำปรึกษาแก่สมาชิกในทีมเกี่ยวกับแนวคิดการประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สิน
- ออกสำรวจ และประเมินมูลค่าทรัพย์สิน
- สุ่มตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลรายงานการประเมินมูลค่าที่ได้รับจากผู้ประเมิน
- ดำเนินงานโดยคำนึงถึงผลประโยชน์สูงสุดของบริษัท
- สร้างและรักษาสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับลูกค้าหลักของบริษัท รวมถึงพนักงานฝ่ายอื่นๆ ในบริษัท
- ปกป้องผลประโยชน์สูงสุดของบริษัทตลอดเวลา
- ดำเนินการตามแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับฝ่ายประเมินมูลค่าและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการปฏิบัติตามธรรมาภิบาลในทุกๆ เนื้องานที่รับผิดชอบ
Qualifications
Requirement:
- At least 1 years working experience in valuation field work
- Meet at least qualified valuer where senior qualified valuer under SEC approval list would be great advantage with extra remuneration
- Strong command of speaking and writing, both Thai and English
- Highly responsible
- Able to use MS Office, sketch up, illustrator, and others program would be great advantage

- ประสบการณ์การเป็นผู้ประเมินราคาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ขึ้นไป
- สื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- ใช้โปรแกรม MS Office, Sketch up, Illustrator และโปรแกรมอื่นที่จำเป็นสำหรับการทำงานได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- หากได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนจาก กลต. และเป็นผู้ประเมินราคาทรัพย์สิน - ระดับวุฒิ จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
