Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for new hires
- Coordinate employee training and development programs and activities
- Manage employee data and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the administration of payroll, employee benefits, and compensation
- Advise and respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist with various HR operations and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in human resources
- Understanding of Thai labor law and fundamental HR practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage significant documentation
- Experience with HRIS systems or compensation administration is a plus.
