Responsibilities

1. Meet business requirements by improving cybersecurity and lowering risk to customer and company systems for infrastructure and production networks.

2. Support the daily/weekly/monthly security reports activity, review the integrity and correctness of the report content / template to ensure that they are in-line with customer’s requirements.

3. Assist Engineering with planning and implementing new network security measures.

4. Manage PaloAlto (1410) and Fortigate firewalls (80, 200, 600 series) for customers and company.

5. Manage FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer and FortiEMS for customers and company.

6. Manage the FortiClient Connections for approximately 400 employees.

7. Control data inputs from network systems to SIEM and syslog toolds.

8. Adhere to company and customer IT and Cybersecurity policies.

9. Conduct technical training to SOC/NOC teams to enhance their competency in the team.

10. Assist in monitoring important communication outages and security events in for customer and company.

11. Be available to troubleshoot and repair network systems during outages with customers and company.

12. Other duties as needed to support business operations.

1. บริหารจัดการความต้องการทางธุรกิจโดยปรับปรุงความมั่นคงปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ และ ลดความเสี่ยงต่อระบบของลูกค้า และ บริษัทสำหรับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและเครือข่ายการผลิต เเละ บริการ

2. สนับสนุนกิจกรรมรายงานความปลอดภัยประจำวัน/รายสัปดาห์/รายเดือนทบทวนความครบถ้วน และ ความถูกต้องของเนื้อหา/เทมเพลตของรายงานเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า

3. ช่วยฝ่ายวิศวกรรมในการวางแผนและดำเนินการ ตามการควบคุมความมั่นคงเครือข่าย — พื้นที่รอบนอกและการควบคุมการเข้าถึง อย่าง Zero Trust, NGFW, NAC, VPN

4. จัดการไฟร์วอลล์ PaloAlto (1410) และ Fortigate (รุ่น 80, 200, 600) สำหรับลูกค้า และ บริษัท

5. จัดการ FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer และ FortiEMS สำหรับลูกค้า และ บริษัท

6. จัดการการเชื่อมต่อ FortiClient สำหรับพนักงานประมาณ 400 คน

7. ควบคุมการป้อนข้อมูลจากระบบเครือข่ายไปยัง SIEM และ เครื่องมือ syslog ต่างๆ

8. ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายทางด้าน IT และ ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยของข้อมูล เเละ ทางไซเบอร์ทั้งของบริษัท และ ลูกค้า

9. จัดการฝึกอบรมเชิงเทคนิคให้ทีม SOC/NOC เเละ IT support เพื่อเสริมสร้าง องค์ความรู้ ความสามารถ เเละ ทักษะเฉพาะทางให้เเก่ทีม

10. ติดตามการดำเนินงานศูนย์เฝ้าระวังความปลอดภัยทางข้อมูลทางไซเบอร์ เฝ้าวัด เเละ ตรวจจับ ติดตามความผิดปกติของระบบการสื่อสารที่สำคัญเเบบ Real Time ในเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ ทางด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล เเละ ระบบของลูกค้า และ บริษัท

11. มีความพร้อม ในเรื่องของเวลา 24*7 สเเตนบาย แก้ไขปัญหาและซ่อมแซมระบบเครือข่ายระหว่างเหตุขัดข้องร่วมกับลูกค้า และ บริษัทในกรณีที่ฉุกเฉินเเละจำเป็น

12. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายในฐานะวิศวกรเครือข่าย และ การดำเนินธุรกิจ

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, IT, Computer Science or Related field with at least 3 years’ experience working in network security or related field.

2. Intermediate English Skills (Speaking/Writing/Listening) (German a Plus)

3. Certified Recommended Security+, CISSP, Fortinet or SANs

4. Thai citizen only

คุณสมบัติประจำตำแหน่ง

1. ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทในสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, ไอที, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องฯ (โดยมีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องฯ ในด้านไอทีเน็ตเวิร์ก อย่างน้อย 3 ปี)

2. ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับดี 4 ทักษะ (การอ่าน/การพูด/การเขียน/การฟัง) ถ้าได้ภาษาเยอรมันจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

3. ใบรับรองเกียรติบัตร ได้แก่ Security+, CISSP, Fortinet or SANs
