Responsibilities
1. ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR) และรายรับ:
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice), ใบวางบิล (Billing Note), และใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี (Receipt/Tax Invoice)
- ติดตามยอดชำระเงินจากลูกค้า และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการรับชำระเงิน
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปลูกหนี้คงค้าง (Aging Report) ประจำเดือน
2. ด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP) และรายจ่าย:
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการตั้งหนี้และจ่ายเงิน (Invoice, ใบวางบิล, ใบสำคัญจ่าย)
- จัดเตรียมเช็ค / การโอนเงิน เพื่อชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการตามรอบ
- บันทึกบัญชีค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ลงในระบบบัญชี
3. ด้านบัญชีทั่วไป (General Ledger) และการปิดงบ:
- จัดทำงบกระทบยอดธนาคาร (Bank Reconciliation)
- ตรวจสอบและบันทึกรายการปรับปรุงบัญชี (Journal Voucher)
- บริหารจัดการและตรวจนับทรัพย์สินถาวร และสต็อกสินค้า (ถ้ามี)
- ช่วยจัดเตรียมข้อมูลสำหรับปิดงบการเงินรายเดือนและรายปี ส่งผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปวส. ขึ้นไป ในด้านบัญชี
- มีความซื่อสัตย์ ละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและกำหนดเวลา (Deadline) ได้ดี
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี กระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้
