Production Planning Officer - Ekornes (Thailand) Limited

Job Description

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on orders, delivery plans, and production capacity

• Ensure material availability before releasing production plans

• Prioritize production schedules according to due dates and customer requirements

• Monitor production progress and compare actual results with planned targets

• Identify delays, shortages, or issues and coordinate with related departments

• Adjust production plans based on urgent orders, material shortages, or machine breakdowns

• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and QC teams

• Track job orders to ensure on-time production and delivery

• Prepare daily production reports for meetings and management

Key Responsibilities

• Control and maintain production planning data accuracy (Job order, Model, Quantity, Due date, Material status)

• Work with Raw Material Planning and Store to ensure sufficient materials

• Monitor Semi-Finished Goods (Semi-FG) to support next production processes

• Analyze production issues and propose improvement plans

• Prevent production disruption due to unavailable materials
