Responsibilities
1. Installation and Provisioning Network equipment
2. Create, upgrade, and maintain services for optimal operation and technical support to clients
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of client delfiverables
4. Document processes and prepare service reports for customers
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication, or related fields
2. Experienced in Network Switch, Router, Firewall, VoIP telephony, VmWare, server and security infrastructure will be advantage
3. IP telephony system, TCP/IP, Basic IP, LAN/WAN
4. CCNA would be advantage
5. Strong desire to learn about product updates and new technologies
6. Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to a positive work environment
7. Good in English communication both Reading, Writing, and Speaking
