Responsibilities
- Design and deploy IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, and networking systems.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Liaise with users and staff, both remotely and face-to-face, to troubleshoot system and network problems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults; replace faulty hardware as required.
- Set up new user accounts and profiles, and handle account-related issues (e.g., passwords).
- Administer and maintain Windows, domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, and email systems.
- Provide technical support and ensure adequate procedural documentation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, system diagrams, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines.
- 1-3 years of experiences in an IT Engineer role.
- Networking Skills and Hardware Skills
- Good command in English. (Mandarin would be a plus)
- Immediate Microsoft Office/ Google Sheet Skill Knowledge
