Responsibilities
Products : Electronics Parts
Industry Focus : Automotive, Electrical & Electronics Appliance, Equipment & Instrument
Location : Chatuchak
Working Hours : Mon-Fri (Hybrid Work)
- Drive sales growth by managing customer accounts, conducting product presentations, and developing new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and distributors while handling pricing, delivery, and issue resolution.
- Support global and local projects by coordinating with overseas teams, customers, and internal departments.
- Lead technical design-in activities with customer R&D teams to secure product specifications.
- Manage sales forecasts, inventory planning, and payment follow-up to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support sales strategy and business planning.
- Mentor junior team members and support management with strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years in Sales or Engineering role (Junior Level)
- 5-7 years in Sales Engineer, Key Account Management in Electronics Components industry. (Senior Level)
- Experience in Electronics , Automotive or Appliance industry is preferred
- Experience using CRM/Salesforce is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good command of English (Business Communication Level for both speaking and writing)
- Driving License & Own Car - for customer visits.
- Electronics Fundamentals (Components knowledge)
- Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving.
- Strong Negotiation & Influencing Skills.
