2. Work closely with the creative, design, and agency partners to ensure content quality and brand consistency.

3.  Manage daily interactions on official social accounts (comments, messages, mentions) and drive engagement through community initiatives such as comment engagement strategies and participation.

4. Customer Insights: Stay informed of the latest trends and consumer behavior , responding to consumer feedback, monitoring competitor activities and adjusting marketing strategies as needed.

5. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of both online and offline marketing efforts to ensure continuous improvement.

● Fresh graduates with a knowledge in digital marketing are welcome to

● 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on

social media management.

● Sensitive to the trends of Thai users, able to innovate based on

consumer insights, and prioritize consumer service and experience.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and Chinese
