Responsibilities
- Responsible for all overseas purchasing ; the product sourcing process, choose a supplier, contact to get a test sample.
- Responsible for the products, refund or return the product back to the supplier.
- Contact to forwarder to clear shipment, shipping agent contact, shipping documents
- Process of delivery terms, payment terms, incoterms.
- Sourcing for new vender production consumable
- Customs clearance process and track the products
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขา Logistic หรือ บริหารธุรกิจ
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเอกสารขาเข้า และ การประสานงานกับหน่วยงาน เกี่ยวกับการนำสินค้าเข้า
- มีความรู้ด้าน Freight forwarder หรือสายเรือ
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่อง (Microsoft / SAP or ERP / PivotTable / Vlookup)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี และหากได้ภาษาจีน จะพิจารณาพิเศษ
- ทำงาน วันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์
